Background
Over the past twenty years, I have cooked in many hotels and restaurants. I traveled outside my country in search of new inspiration. In my travels I worked with many great chefs in the culinary world. This reflected alot in the way i cook today.
My cooking style is mainly influenced by the tropical island where I grew up. I do get new ideas watching some different chefs create dishes. Inspired by these chefs I hoped to one day have a kitchen to match theirs. All the helpful tools that make kitchen life easier all in one place.
It was that thought which bought this site to life. Friends always asked me questions about preparing certain dishes. I often found myself explaining how to use kitchen tools to help them achieve their goals.
This website is my way of sharing my skills and experience to help people become more comfortable in their kitchens. I believe cooking can be made easy. Only if people are more informed about certain tools and techniques.
